Anicet’s registration for PFC CSKA Sofia

Georgi Gradev, who defends the interests of the player Anicet, is of the firm opinion that there is no legal obstacle Anicet to be registered for PFC CSKA Sofia with the Bulgarian Football Union, in accordance with FIFA’s constant practice in similar cases.

As well, Gradev is of the firm opinion that there is no legal ground for imposition of sporting sanctions on PFC CSKA Sofia by BFU for alleged inducement to breach of contract by Anicet.
