Str. Filipova's court victory

The 4-year lasting court trial starter by volleyball club CSKA against Strashimira Filipova finished with a victory for the Cannes, France and Bulgarian National Team top middle blocker.
 
CSKA was suing Filipova for unilateral breach of contract committed by the player, when she left the club in October 2004. However, the Sofia Court put aside CSKA's claim in favor of Strashimira Filipova.
